Los pagos son retornables, menos $50 por cancelación, mas costos de material si es aplicable, hasta 3 días calendarios (con notificación escrita únicamente a 13538 Village Park Dr. #260 Orlando FL 32837) desde la fecha inicial de pago o hasta que el estudiante atienda la primera clase, lo que ocurra primero. Estudiante que requiera transferencia antes de comenzar la clase será cargado con $35 por transferencia; si el libro cambia, el costo adicional del material será cargado, si aplica por alguna razón. Si estudiante recibe libros o materiales esta entrega será final, el instituto no recibe de vuelta ningún libro o material. Si la persona no solicita transferencia o no asiste a la primera clase perderá todo el dinero sin ninguna notificación y no reembolso es permitido. Al estudiante firmar cualquiera de las formas “Form TREI-02” y/o “Form TREI-03” será suficiente prueba de la persona haber asistido al primer día de clases. Si el estudiante atiende parte de la clase o pierde más de 8 horas de instrucción, no hay reembolso por ningún motivo. Cuando la persona hace una transferencia, el resto del dinero aplicará a futuras clases hasta 6 meses de la fecha inicial de pago, después de lo cual se perderá sin ninguna notificación. El registro no es transferible a ninguna otra persona o entidad.

Cualquier cheque devuelto será penalizado con $35, pagaderos al ser devuelto. No se emitirá certificado del curso o no se aplicara la prueba final si algún monto es debido por el estudiante al instituto. TREI se reserva el derecho de cambiar la fecha de cualquier curso o cancelarlo en cualquier momento sin aviso u obligación. Una vez entregados libros o materiales estos no son reembolsables, retornables o intercambiables. Todos los pagos deben ser hechos por completo al momento del registro o cualquier balance pendiente tres días laborables antes del primer día de clase. El estudiante entiende que si el o ella no pasa el examen final del curso ellos tendrán doce (12) meses para pasar una diferente versión del examen final del curso por un costo adicional. El estudiante necesitara contactar a TREI para hacer una cita para tomar el examen. TREI no es responsable por cualquier mal entendido en el examen y es liberado de cualquier responsabilidad. Si el estudiante no pasa el examen final de curso, él o ella no recibirán un certificado de completacion del curso. Solo un certificado será emitido cuando se pase el examen final del curso. Si copias adicionales del certificado son necesarias serán proveídas por un costo adicional determinado por las políticas de TREI. El firmante ha leído estos términos y la información suministrada en ella es verdadera.

Nuestro instituto The Real Estate Institute TREI ha sido previamente aprobado y cuenta con los permisos necesarios por parte del DBPR (Department of Business and Professional Regulation) para ofrecer e impartir las clases en esta modalidad “live streaming” o transmisión en vivo.

1) Servicios para alumnos que tomen modalidades diferentes a presencial 1.1) Cuando el alumno tome la opción de cursos en modalidad “live streaming” (transmisión en vivo) deberá considerar los siguientes aspectos: a) El instituto cuenta con una conexión optima y de alta velocidad del internet lo que permite la transmisión en tiempo real durante las horas que dure la (s) clase (s). El instituto no se hace responsable por: a.1) Fallas locales, regionales o nacionales de nuestro proveedor de servicios de internet. Sin embargo, si la transmisión llegase a interrumpirse, el Instituto podrá enviarle la grabación de la clase. a.2) Fallas, calidad o velocidad de conexión a internet que posea el estudiante. b) Para realizar la transmisión en vivo, el instituto cuenta con un equipo con cámara y micrófono para que el estudiante pueda ver el salón de clases y la pizarra de manera parcial. Podrá escuchar a los instructores y el audio ambiente de la clase. De igual manera, el estudiante deberá contar con un equipo con acceso a cámara y micrófono, a través de los cuales podrá realizar preguntas a los instructores durante la clase. 1.2) El estudiante deberá retirar directamente en la escuela el libro de texto, incluido en el costo total del curso, por el cual se guía la clase. Además, y de acuerdo sea el caso, de otros materiales como guías de estudio, o libros adicionales que el estudiante deberá adquirir y pagar directamente en el instituto. 1.3) En caso de que el material necesite ser enviado, se aplicaran cargos por dicha gestión. 1.4) El estudiante deberá asistir a las instalaciones del instituto para tomar el examen final de curso en el mismo horario en que realizo la clase. 1.5) En caso de que el estudiante no pueda asistir el día pautado para el examen final de curso, deberá notificarlo antes o durante la inscripción a la clase para poder hacer los arreglos pertinentes. 2. Para realizar la conexión a la clase, el estudiante recibirá por parte del instituto un link o enlace de acceso a la clase transmisión en vivo. El link que se le provea junto con el “id” de la reunión, serán de uso exclusivo entre estudiantes inscritos en la clase y el instituto. El estudiante no podrá entregar ni ceder esta información a terceros. 3. Si el estudiante asiste el primer dia de clases en la modalidad “live streaming”, no habrá reembolso de dinero. 4. Es importante que considere que existirán otros estudiantes que estarán tomando la clase en esta misma modalidad, por lo que los instructores se dirigirán tanto ud como a sus compañeros en línea y a sus compañeros en modalidad presencial. 4.1) No hay exclusividad por parte de los instructores con estudiantes de una u otra modalidad. Tanto los estudiantes en la modalidad live streaming o transmisión en vivo como los estudiantes presenciales reciben la misma información y tutoría durante la clase. 5. El curso esta destinado solamente para la persona que realizo la compra, no para un grupo o mas individuos. Si TREI detecta que el curso es o esta siendo usado para propósitos de reventa o el registro fue realizado para una persona adicional a la que esta tomando el curso, TREI se reserva el derecho de cancelar la transmisión y el curso sin opción de reembolsos de dinero, ya que dicho hecho consistiría en una violación de estos términos y condiciones

El alumno autoriza utilizar las fotos obtenidas durante el curso para ser publicadas en las redes sociales de TREI y el instituto no tendrá que compensar en lo absoluto en el momento o a futuro al alumno. Al firmar esta planilla de registro indica el conocimiento y aceptación de estas políticas y de las políticas de la compañía. Todas las partes acuerdan tenerse por las leyes de la corte del Condado de Orange en la Florida y el DBPR.

Payments are refundable, less $50 cancellation fee, plus cost of material if applicable, for up to 3 calendar days (with written notice only to 13538 Village Park Dr. # 260 Orlando FL 32837) from date of initial payment or until student attends first class, whichever occurs first. Students requesting transfer before start class will be charged with $35 per transfer; if book changes additional material fee will apply by any reason. If students received books or materials it will be final, institute does not receive back any book or material. If student does not transfer or does not assist at time beginning first day of class monies are forfeited without further notice, no refund is allowed. By student signing any of “Form TREI-02” and/or “Form TREI-03” will be sufficient as proof of attendance to first day of class. If student attends any part of class or misses more than eight classroom hours of instruction there is no refund by any reason. When students made a transfer, the rest of the monies may be applied to a future class up to 6 months from the date of initial payment after which all moneys will be forfeited without further notice. Registration is not transferable to any person or entity.

Any returned check will be charge $35 due at time of return. No course certificate will be issued or test applied if any amount is due by student to the Institute. TREI reserves the right to change any of its courses dates and times or make any cancellation at any time without notice or obligation. Once issued, books or any material are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable. All payments must be in full at time of registration or any outstanding balance three business days before attending any first day course class. Student understand that if he or she does not pass the end of course exam they will have twelve (12) months to take a different version of the end of course exam for an additional cost. The student will need to contact TREI to make an appointment to take the test. TREI is not responsible for any misunderstood in the test exams and TREI is release of any liability. If a person do not pass the end of course exam, he or she will not be issued a certificate of completion. Only one certificate will be issued when passing the end of course test. If further copy of a certificate is needed this will be provided by an additional charge determined by TREI policy. The signer has read this term and the information provided in this application is true.

By signing this registration form indicates understanding and acceptance of this policy and company policy. All parties agree to abide by Orange County Florida court laws, and DBPR.

The student cannot deliver or transfer this information to third parties. 3. If the student assists the first day of the live stream class, it will have no refund on the money. 4. If TREI detects that is use or has been using for resale purposes or for more than the person that is register, TREI reserves the right to cancel the transmission and consist of a violation of this terms and conditions and course will be cancelled with no refund. The student gives permission to publish the pictures taken during the course to be posted on TREI social media website and the institute will not have to compensate in any way to the student at the moment the pictures are published or in the near future. All terms are regulated by the court of Orange County Florida United States of America.
