Collaboration: Making it Meaningful
We know the value of collaboration. We also know it is not effective just to meet. So how do we make PLCs meaningful and ensure it impacts student learning? Join NCCAT for this one-day professional learning session focused on implementing collaborative protocols that create opportunities for PLCs to be focused and intentional. We learn a PLC framework that puts student learning at the forefront of PLC conversations. Additionally, we will learn two collaborative protocols for vertical alignment and data analysis, providing structure for these conversations to be productive, while honoring teachers’ perspectives. Time will be included for reflection and collaboration with coaches from across NC. This program is intended for instructional coaches, and any teacher leader who would like to improve collaborative time at their schools whether in-person or virtual.
No classes are being offered at this time for this course.
