Student choice is a powerful way to engage students and ignite learning. Join this session to learn about how the Flex model of Blended Learning can provide students with choices about how they read, discuss, and analyze texts in collaborative learning groups. Participants will collaborate with colleagues to write an implementation plan and develop resources to use with students. This program is designed for language arts teachers and instructional coaches in grades 6-12.

Who is Eligible? North Carolina certified pre-K through 12th grade teachers who are employed in North Carolina public schools, including charter schools, are eligible to attend NCCAT programs. (This may include school administrators, counselors, library media specialists, lead teachers, and mentors.)
Please check with your principal prior to applying to be sure your travel/substitute teacher costs will be covered by your school.
NCCAT Online NOTICE: As of July 1, 2022, registrants are limited to two (2) NCCAT Online courses per quarter.
What is Provided? NCCAT provides your food, lodging and programming. Teachers and/or their districts are responsible for travel and substitute teacher costs.

How Do I Know If I've Been Accepted? Once we have received your completed application, we will email notification of your placement status to you as well as your principal/director. To ensure that you receive any and all emails from NCCAT, please add noreply@orbund.com to your email address book.
